Sencer Can

Born in Edirne in 1972, National Rider Sencer Can’s interest in horse riding began in 1986 with the influence of his father Cavalry Sergeant Rafet Can. Sencer Can, who made his name known due to his achievements at a young age, became the Balkan Equestrian Champion in 1992 at the age of 20. During his career, he achieved numerous successes, including five Atatürk Cups, Presidential, Prime Ministry, Grand National Assembly and General Staff trophies. Can represented Turkiye in European Young Rider, European Championship and World Cup final. In addition to his successful equestrian career, Sencer Can, who has trained countless students and horses, gives equestrian and horse training within the Edin Riding Club.

Tuncer Can

Born in 1971 in Ankara, Tuncer Can started riding horses in 1986 under the influence of his father, Cavalry Sergeant Rafet Can. Can, who won the championship twice in the adults category between 1992 and 1994, started to compete in the masters category. Representing our country in the Romanian Balkan Equestrian Championship, Tuncer Can achieved degrees in many competitions, including two Atatürk Cups, the Prime Minister’s Cup, the Izmir International Grand Prix championship, and the 2007 Istanbul Grand Prix championship. During his career as a trainer, Can trains countless students who have achieved degrees in competitions and were deemed worthy of the national team. He continues his riding and horse training at Edin Riding Club.

Tuncer Can

Ezgi Gürses

Born in 1998 in Istanbul, Ezgi Gürses took her first step into the world of equestrianism by starting her associate degree education at Istanbul University Veterinary Vocational School Equine and Coaching Department in 2016. Gürses, who was also active in Kemer Country Equestrian Club in 2017, graduated from Istanbul University Veterinary Vocational School Equestrian and Coaching department with a degree in 2018. Gürses, who worked as an assistant coach and rider at Gürman Equestrian Sports Club between 2020-2022, has been working as a facility director and assistant coach at Edin Riding Club as of 2022.
